Fort Wayne Area Real Estate Market has been very interesting and at times challenging in 2009. Recently I created the Fort Wayne Elite Team with some Partner's.  We are off to a nice start.

The 1st Time Home Buyer's Tax Credit is keeping us busy. The upcoming Winter months will be interesting.  I feel mucg of the market climate will be based on the Government Programs and possible further incentives for Buyers and Seller's.
